jerks from the rack - 115 4x2
cant do weighted pullups cuz i have to do any pullup on the rafters which requires an initial jump by me so i did a few bodyweight ones
i was supposed to do 8x1 for jerks from the rack, but i could easily handle 4x2 which is what i did last cycle. so i did it. sorry for deviating again, but i wouldve only taken a second break in between them if i did them all singles. i still concentrated on being snappy, and for the most part i got the bar path to go up behind my ears like it should, instead of out in front. good technique work, im proud of myself. the key was just to raise my elbows even higher
