work out

Here is Kyle's work out from June 8th!
bsquat - 106 x 21
snatch- 90 x ?, 90 x ?, 100 x 1, 103 x a bunch of singles.
made 3 out of 6
front squat - 90x5, 120x3, 130x3, 160x1, 130x3

I also worked out on June 8th, so here is my work out.
bsquat 5x5 45lbs
curls 5x8 15lbs

Intense, I know.

Today was the first day of his new work out program, designed by James Mesbur.

I also worked out today and this is what I did:
bsquat 5x5 45lbs (on the last 2 sets I went up onto my tip toes to work my calve muscles)
curls 3x8 20lbs
